SPR# JPAI4AVLW7 - Prevent NIFFindByKey from returning all entries in a view when doing a partial match on a blank key. The number of matches is now limited. This behavior was causing performance problems on servers which were being used by pre-R5 clients who used right-click in an empty mail address field to get access to the Domino Directory.
